12/1/99...Well one month to go till the end of the year. UNREAL! I want to first thank everyone for visiting the site. I always enjoy receiving suggestions and compliments...so please continue sending them. I've learned a lot over this past year and I must say that the music business has plenty of excitement. Never lose focus on your dreams and don't be afraid to ask for help. Life is too short to give up on your dream. If music fills your heart. Let it flow.

I've added one band this month. CALIGARI. Check them out!

11/9/99...Hello everyone. Thanks once again for visiting the website. The only new information that I have is about a new organization that I am involved with. I recently became a member of the Recording Academy (National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences "NARAS"). They are best known for their GRAMMY Awards, which honors musicians, songwriters, engineers, producers, art directors and many others for their creative and technical musical achievements. Being among this forum will help me learn more about helping you the musician/producer/promoter.

For those that visit this site, PLEASE SIGN THE GUEST BOOK. This is a resource to see peers who are interested in the same thing you are: MUSIC.

10/06/99...Phew...Last month was busy. Check out our BUY BOOKS page. For all of those "do it yourself" people out there, you must take a look. The books I have listed will help you on your quest. More will be added. I have a handful of books that I must add. I have also added a new local band: DreamScapes Project. Give them a looksy.

7/26/99..I'd first like to thank those bands that have submitted demos. I wish you luck and I'll let you know of the status of submission. Two new bands were added to out local band list: FUNNY MONEY AND Friday's Tribe. If you have a website please link us to it and visa versa. More to come shortly.

7/12/99..F.D. VISION ENTERTAINMENT is looking for local bands to bring them to the attention to Martian Records. Martian Records in collaboration with Mr. Blackwell (founder of Island Records, CEO of Palm Pictures) is looking for bands to sign. I have been given permission to look for this talent. THIS MEANS YOU. What I need from you is an e-mail and also a CD (or demo) to evaluate. They want me to weed out the submissions since they are flooded with demos. I'm here to help you so e-mail me and I'll see what I can do. Keep the faith. MORE TO COME SHORTLY....

6/23/99..F.D. Vision Entertainment in association with CDNOW and Amazon will be selling CD's and books. So if you plan on purchasing a book or CD online, please connect with F.D.V.

6/19/99...Massive update on the website. The addition of frames will help ya navigate through the choices a little better. I will correct the "dead ends" next month. A Message board will be added also. This month a Web Ring was added.

6/99....Hey all. Haven't really added anything new to the site. I have been doing some webpage work for a band by the name of Reverse Theology. Check out the revamped site. My main objectives right now is to continue adding local bands to the site and working on my very own material. To be released (hopefully) next year. The sound is a cross from the Beatles meets Peter Gabriel. Well....at least the songs I've recorded. I will have others that are just plain acoustic...

I want to thank those who have visited the site and that have provided feedback. Again, this site is for you.

5/99....WOW, how time goes soooo sooo fast.. Well it's getting to be an exciting summer. Lots of bands are going to be touring..so keep coming to the site to see new band dates. I'm looking to add new bands to the site, so if you see a band live and want them to have a prescence on the web....have them contact me. I've added links to a few more bands from the Northern Virginia area. 20ozNOTHiNG and Surgical Steel. More on them later.

4/99...Hello everyone, just wanted to know that I will be listing many new bands this coming month. I had the opportunity to speak to a number of bands from The Michael Sheppard Group to a brand new band called "In Land Set." I hope to get an in depth interview with the band.. ... As always I will be updating the website later on in the month.

3/99....Three new bands included this month. Jumpin Jupiter is a great band to see live. So check out there website for tour dates. I've included a link to their website. A couple bands that I've come in contact with are Power Lloyd and Sixty Acres. Power Lloyd is a great punk/pop band. They tour all over the DC area and sound GREAT live. Sixty Acres is a SKA/Rockbilly band. Definitely an act to see. Opinions are always encouraged so if you'd like to comment on these bands. LET IT BE KNOWN. A good buddy of mine, Brad Richmond lead singer of STAHL TIPPEN VER WEKER is now fronting a new band named Steel Toe Alarm Clock. It's actually the translation in english of the german STAHL TIPPEN VER WEKER. You'll be hearing more on them shortly.

2/99...New band links will be added this coming month. One band to check out is called Jumpin Jupiter. Pat Cavanough is a great guitar player. He has played in several bands including one with the late great Danny Gatton. I definitely wish him the best in his future. He has a lot going for him.

FYI: Mars Music in Springfield, VA will be having live bands appearing on Wednesdays. Bands who perform, will receive a free live CD of their performance. Great way to try out new equipment, and to rock MARS.

Thanks again for visiting the site. This site is for you.

12/98...We will have a new addition to the up and coming band section this month. Aurora Borealis hails from Maryland. Great guitarist who's drive will lead him far in the music arena. Ron Vento has the technical skills to awe you and his songwriting skills will enlighten you. Check out the Real Audio file. His new CD is quite good. Sound files will be appearing shortly.

11/98...Over the last month, I have heard from several of you stating that it took a long time to get to the site. It seems that the graphics were too rich for some. So, I have reduced some of the graphic content. However, I will add a high-graphic link to my visions in the near future.

As far as the music portion of the site...there will be many revisions over the next few months. I deeply feel there is a need for more sites incorporating music/ unsigned bands/my favorite bands, etc. .

Also helping you learn the pros and cons of entering the entertainment industry (music business) as I learn them. In fact I decided this month to start a whole new career starting from the bottom. There are some times in one's life where you have to take some chances. For the first time in my life I will follow my heart. This path has led me to music. This is where I find peace of mind. Maybe I can help you do the same. I hope you enjoy the site, as I enjoy seeing it evolve.

10/98....Well, where should I start.

adding lots more to prepare for the Y2K launch date of the site. Your ideas and contributions are welcome. I will be

keeping tabs of all who have contributed to the site and you will be credited appropriately. Thanks and be sure to bookmark this site.
