The three most recent Internal Revenue Service Form 990's must be provided to anyone who requests a copy within thirty days (a fee may be charged). Contact your local BSA Council(s) or your state government non-profit oversight office to request IRS Form 990 (some state governments do not provide copies) for the Council and any Council Trust Funds. You can also request copies of Form 990 directly from the IRS by completing IRS Form 4506a. Portable Document Format electronic copies of submitted Form 990's are available online from Guidestar.

If your local Council(s) received government grants then scan the first page and send it to the Nonbeliever Anti-discrimination Project (scroll down to bottom for e-mail adress) Government grants should appear on line 1(c) or 93(g). There are a number of practical actions to discourage government complicity with BSA's discrimination that you can take individually and with groups of like minded-people.
